“As President of Cypress Glen in Naples I wanted to comment on our first six months with Southwest Property Management.

First I would like to start with our property manager Cori Jepson. Cori is my building PM and the master PM, both of which I am president and I couldn’t be happier with her performance as PM. She is always a delight to deal with and is quick to return calls and emails. Her recommendations for vendors has been spot on. Cori is very easy to work with, listens to our concerns and has given us great feedback in problems we have been dealing with at Cypress Glen for a long time. She works above and beyond to accomplish our goals and has succeeded all we have required of her. She is as priceless to us as I’m sure she is to you.

The Master BOD with Cori as our PM has gotten more projects completed in six months than we have had in the last four years with previous management companies.

I must give kudos to your Dean Mitchell Group. From paver work, painting, and general maintenance work needed, they are A#1. All work done is professional and the men are courteous and timely in all the projects they have completed here at Cypress Glen.

The past three days we had a major broken water pipe in the back village, a possible pool water line break in the small pool, and a major water pipe broken in a members unit at Condo IV, flooding six additional units.

Lee Wright at Dean Mitchell Group and his men came immediately to condo IV and started working on the flooded units. He and his men are professional and knowledgeable and the equipment used looks modern and up to date. His men’s quick action saved our units from extended damage! They took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect in the days following. My own insurance adjuster commented how great him and his team are in their work. Part of his team even worked and completed the paving work scheduled during this trying time.

On behalf of the Board of Directors I wanted to give you this update on how happy we are to have you representing our community. We look forward to a great second half of 2019 with many more projects in works.”
